Surety is a licensed Claim Settlements company acting on behalf of insurers where we provide the claim service and ensure the customers are indemnified as per the terms and conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

A. You must provide accurate information.

B. You are responsible for any content you upload.

C. You must not engage in illegal or harmful activities.

4. Prohibited Activities

A. Violating laws or regulations.

B. Spamming, harassment, or abuse.

C. Uploading malicious content.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform is owned by Surety or its licensors. You may not reproduce or modify it without permission.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through Insurance Dispute Committees (IDC).

10. Amendments
These terms and conditions may change in accordance to our assessments and also to cope with modifications introduced by the regulatory authorities. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
